Joy In My Life

  "There is joy in the presence of the angels." Luke 15:10

How can you

Speak to me and look at me

In the manner that you do

The same, every time you see me?

 

You act as though,

I am worthy of your full attention,

That I am so much more than I think I am, and

That I have never sinned a day in my life.

 

With your smile,

You make me feel as though

I am the only person on earth and

You are extremely happy to see me.

 

But most of all

I do believe,

That you treat

Everyone this way.

 

How I wish I had this amazing ability

That you have!
